What is your currency name and how much worth? - Our internal currency is LPH. In our currency, 1,000 LPH = 1$. What comes after the (.) is the decimal, and we use the (,) for thousands. E.g.: 1.000 = 0.001$ and 1,000 = 1$.
What is the minimum required for withdrawals? - In order to be able to withdraw, you need to have at least 250 LPH ~ 0.25$.
What are the withdrawal methods? - Currently, we allow at this moment only withdrawals via FaucetPay.
Are the withdrawals instant? - Unfortunately, no, due to security reasons we need to verify first the withdrawals, but we guarantee we process withdrawals in maximum 24h.
Are you allowing multiple accounts? - As every reward platform, we do not allow multiple accounts, if we detected we will ban all your accounts without further notice.
Are you allowing PROXY / VPN? - We do not allow PROXY / VPN, if we detected we will ban your account without further notice.
I didn't receive my LPH from completing surveys? - If you can see your reward in history in pending status we will release it in few hours (you can contact us to release it faster), if you see you receive a lower amount it means that you have been screen out from that survey we can't do anything, and in the last case if you don't see your survey reward at all in your history it means you have been disqualified from that survey, and we can't do anything.
I didn't receive my LPH from offers? - If you can see your reward in history in pending status we will release it in few hours (you can contact us to release it faster), and if you don't see your offer reward at all in your history it means there was a problem with the tracking link or the offerwall didn't validate your tasks, so please create a ticket to them (we can't control these actions).
What is chargeback? - Chargeback means our provider (offerwall/survey) find out some suspicious in your activity on their end and deduct your offer/survey conversion. In these cases, the providers automatic do that, and we can't deal with them because it's their TERMS. When they do that, it means they will request the money back from us, and we will retract the money from your account. If we do not retract the money we can't afford to pay you in the feature because if we do not get paid we do not have what money to give to you.
